A new and important implementation characterizes the design of MyRobopac, the Aetna Group portal dedicated to Service for Robopac Solutions in the Systems, Packers and Palletizers segments.
MyBook is the new MyRobopac feature that allows you to locate and order the necessary spare parts directly from our online catalogue. The new digital interface features an interactive manual with selectable sections that link directly to the product photo and its reference code.
This is an important upgrade for Robopac, which once again demonstrates its attention to Research & Development in a transversal sense, dressing up with innovation not only the production technologies, but also the aspects that put in the foreground the customer, the assistance and consultancy services connected to the latter.
With MyRobopac the user deals with a complete and functional e-commerce, with ad hoc profiling which, in addition to guaranteeing privacy, allows the best optimization of information according to the different types of product and the different needs.
Detailed information on products, availability and costs, full visibility of sales conditions, the possibility of checking the status of orders and monitoring the activity history: all just a click away, now even easier thanks to the Interactive MyBook function. In fact, through the “Catalogue” button, you can view the entire manual dedicated to the desired machine and, from there, navigate through both 2D and 3D images to identify the necessary spare part, highlighted at the click of a mouse and defined by its code. Subsequently, a detail page shows the image of the chosen product accompanied by description, stock quantity and availability, as well as all the information needed to place the final order.
A service implementation that actively looks at the dynamics of Industry 4.0 and supports the customer 24/7, with technical assistance and digitized and automated spare parts ready at anytime and anywhere in the world.
MyBook Interactive, therefore, responds to a consolidated company policy, which is based on the international One Global Company model of international scope, but with a glocal approach attentive to the needs of individual territories. A philosophy that has allowed the group to differentiate itself in the world for quality and professionalism.
