ROBOPAC AT SIGEP 2023 FOR THE REFERENCE EVENT
DEDICATED TO SWEET FOOD SERVICE
A new edition of SIGEP, the event dedicated to the confectionery industry and its professionals, returns to Rimini from 21 to 25 January 2023.
Now in its 44th edition, it is an important occasion for updating and growth in the sector: from raw materials and ingredients, to machinery and equipment, passing through furnishings and packaging, the exhibition provides a complete overview of all the market novelties.
Robopac inaugurates the New Year with a dedicated stand (Hall B7-D7, Stand: 003) to present to the public the competitive advantages and performance of six innovative solutions dedicated to the end of the line.
Starting with Robot S7, the self-propelled packaging machine, suitable for products of any shape, size and weight. Equipped with a P3GS pre-stretch carriage, motorized with 3 fixed selectable ratios, it is equipped with an R-Connect system to constantly monitor the machine and thus optimize its production parameters.
This is followed by the Pack 5040 model, a shrink-wrapping machine with a sealing arm with manual or automatic movement. A simple, reliable and user-friendly solution with a capacity of up to 900 products per hour.
We then move on to the Wrapman manual stretch wrapper with friction roller carriage and manual adjustment of film tension, which is easy to handle and use. This portable wrapper works with any type of film and is equipped with an integrated cutting system.
For packaging solutions, you will see the Robotape 50 TBDE, a top and bottom drive-taping machine for closing fixed-format boxes. Compact and robust, Robotape offers high performance and ease of transport thanks to its wheels that make it easy to move.
On the theme of sustainability and circular economy, Robopac presents ReCYCLE, a system for immediate compaction and disposal of waste materials (up to 70% less than the original volume).
